Vision & Mission

To provide a platform for Siwanchi community members (5+ years) across Karnataka to showcase their talents, connect with a wider audience, and celebrate creativity and diversity.

Our mission is to empower and recognize talented individuals from the Siwanchi community, offering them opportunities to shine, build confidence, and inspire others through skill and passion.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to all Siwanchi community members residing in Karnataka
  • Participants whose native place is any one of the following: Asotra, Balotra, Jethantri, Kalyanpur, Kanana, Karmavas, Kotri, Mokalsar, Pachpadra, Padru, Parlu, Patodi, Rakhi, Ramaniya, Ranidesipura, Samdari, Siwana
  • Age 5 years and above
  • Participants under 18 must submit a parent/guardian signed consent form. Download the PDF here : Consent Form
  • Performence type Solo, Duet, and Group (Min 3 and Max 12)
  • Daughters Married in other than Siwanchi Community are not Eligible

Rules & Regulations

  • Registration form & video submission (60s–3min) mandatory
  • Each participant/team gets a unique ID (KSGT-XXX)
  • Performances must be audience-appropriate
  • Each participant is allowed to showcase only ONE talent
  • No vulgar, abusive or inappropriate content (strictly family-friendly)
  • The SSJYM Committee’s decision will be final and binding.
  • The Judges’ decision will be final for all performances and scoring.

Video upload Guide

  • Record your performance in good lighting and clear audio.
  • Ensure your camera is stable — use a tripod or a fixed surface.
  • Keep the duration within the allowed limit (max 3 mins unless specified).
  • Allowed: single-take recording, permitted minor trimming to fit duration, allowed basic color/crop/volume normalization
    Not allowed: multi-layer edits, added visual effects, lip-sync replacement, plagiarized inserts.
  • File Format: MP4 or MOV.
  • Do NOT use heavy editing, filters, or sound effects.
  • Ensure your background is clean and distraction-free.
  • Upload via one of these options:
    • Google Drive (shareable link, access: anyone with the link)
    • YouTube (Unlisted link)
    • WeTransfer (upload and copy link)
    • Any other reliable platform is also acceptable as long as the link is public and accessible without login
  • Paste your video link in the registration form exactly as shown in the guide.
  • Verify your video link works before submission.
  • Keep a backup of your video — do not delete it until event completion.
